We want you and your dog to love DuskFetch. If you don't, you have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.
How to return
1. Email us at boduch04@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first cannot be accepted.
2. Items must be unused, clean and in the original box.
3. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
Damaged or defective items
If your ball, collar or launcher arrives damaged or stops working within 14 days, email us a short photo or video and your order number. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send anything back.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you and refund the original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.
Customers in the European Union
You have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. To use it, send us a clear statement by email. We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your statement. We may wait with the refund until the goods are back with us or you show proof of shipping them.
Not returnable: gift cards and items that were clearly used or chewed. Damage caused by your dog (bites, chewing, punctures) is not a defect and is not covered by returns, refunds or replacements.
